The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith. We come to the Eucharist as a source of grace to be strengthened in the virtues of faith, hope and charity.
But what occurs when do to circumstances one cannot attend Mass?
This is where our communion ministers come into play. These ministers take the very real presence of Christ in the heart of the Eucharist into the community, specifically into the community at Parkway and Morningside Nursing Homes.
